Does virtual decluttering remove the furniture?
No. It keeps the main furniture and takes out the mess: boxes, piles of objects, personal items, visible cables. To remove the furniture too and show the room bare, use the Empty / Unfurnish tool.
Can I erase a crack or a damp patch?
No, and the tool is built not to. Those are material features of the property. Hiding them is a deceptive practice under FTC advertising rules and UK consumer protection law, and it breaches MLS photo policies.
