Do I need to be a Vecting customer to become an affiliate?: No, it isn't required. But the best affiliates use the tool: it's far easier to talk about it with renders you made yourself. You can be a customer and an affiliate at the same time.
How are my referrals tracked?: Through your referral link — a 60-day cookie attributes the sign-up to the last link clicked — and through your promo code, which works even without a cookie.
When and how do I get paid?: Each commission is validated 30 days after collection, to cover refunds. From €30 of validated commission, the payout goes out by SEPA transfer; below that, the balance rolls over to the next month.
What exactly is the commission based on?: The amount actually collected excluding VAT, net of discounts: monthly subscriptions as well as credit packs. Free credits and trials generate no commission.
What happens after 12 months?: Commission stops for that referral, but nothing stops you referring others: each new referral opens its own 12-month window.
